To provide a platform for students, faculty, and staff to express their grievances and ensure timely, fair, and transparent resolution.

Scope: All students, faculty, and staff members of the institution.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review grievances related to academics, administration, or personal matters.
  • Ensure confidentiality and fairness in handling grievances.
  • Facilitate dialogue between the complainant and concerned parties.
  • Recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence of similar issues.
